Whether that means taking time to discuss the mechanisms and benefits of estate planning, or fervently defending our client's rights before the court.

Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Guardianships
. Death is part of life, and there is no avoiding it. A proper estate plan could save your loved ones substantial costs and heartache, and help to preserve relationships when dealing with your death.
Planning your estate isn't just about disbursing your property when you pass, but may also include designating who is to care for your minor children should tragedy strike unexpectedly. You may also want to plan not only for death but for your own inability to manage your affairs or health.
Finally, who is going to care for Grandma? If you have a loved one who is unable to manage their own business affairs, or you fear someone may be taking advantage of them, then you may need a guardianship or a less restrictive option to manage their affairs.
Criminal Defense, & Revocation of Probation
If you have been arrested or charged with a crime, it is critical to remember the following:
1. You have the right to remain silent; use it. Politely but firmly tell the officer or prosecutor you do not wish to answer questions. Provide your ID and answer only questions pertaining to your identity: full name, address, date of birth, and driver's license number.
2. Clearly and firmly state, "I want a lawyer."
3. Stay quiet. Do not discuss details, theories, facts, or other crimes with anyone except your lawyer.
Property Disputes, Contract Disputes, Personal Injury
Civil Litigation covers a broad range of topics from personal injury to property disputes, to contract disputes, to loss prevention, and many more categories, each with its own unique rules and requirements. If you have been injured or you have been sued, you need competent legal representation. .
Adoptions, Marriages, Divorces, Child Custody
Family Law is arguably the most difficult practice area in the legal profession. The stakes are high and emotions even higher. If you are dealing with a family law issue, you will need an attorney who knows how and when to cushion a blow, manage expectations, or be blunt enough to get the point across.
